Welcome to Lil’ Monkeys Childcare! My name is Tessa Pedigo, and I’ve owned a professional, small in home childcare for more than 12 years in Placer County.



I am a wife and a mother of two boys (21 and 18 years old). I absolutely love my family and love what I do. Operating a childcare has allowed me to care for many children and families. I am committed to providing high quality care and a home away from home for your little ones.

I practice a consistent schedule to help the children know what to expect each day. Our days are filled with reading, arts and crafts, cooking and music (all age appropriate). The children enjoy free play both inside and outside to exercise their imagination. You can find images of both indoor and outdoor play areas in my photo gallery.

I provide a safe, loving, positive and educational environment for your little ones and incorporate several pre-school learning activities. I’m passionate about helping children learn and grow while they are in my care. I love seeing their faces light up when they have learned and accomplished something new!

I offer full-time, part-time and drop-in care for up to six little ones aging from birth to five years old. I am CPR certified, First Aid trained and have completed a professional Health and Safety course. I have references available upon request, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. I believe in open communication and trust to ensure the very best childcare. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones.
